How to play Fiora
Read the full guide
Reset bad vitals instead of forcing the ugly one; a lot of Fiora lane control comes from stepping out, refreshing passive, and only dashing when the first proc is actually hittable, because that opening speed burst is what lets the rest of the trade belong to you
Riposte the button that gives them a second touch, not just the obvious crowd control, since Fiora often wins by parrying the jump, empowered hit, or follow-up that would let the trade stay extended
Fiora’s strongest games are the ones where a won duel keeps bending the same side lane—tower damage, wave control, and jungle access—until one defender is no longer enough, and the recent window backs how hard her wins spike when solo kills actually come with turret follow-through
If the vital is bad, do not force the trade just because the wave says you should interact. Step out far enough to refresh passive, come back on a cleaner angle, and make the opponent choose between conceding space or exposing the new side. That habit matters most when the lane is otherwise even, because a forced bad vital usually means you eat their whole return pattern before your passive gives you anything back. If they chase while you reset, that can actually help you by changing their angle and extending the lane behind them. The mistake is treating every visible vital like a green light instead of asking whether it is actually yours to hit.
Fiora has revealed a Vital on this Champion. If she hits the Vital, she restores Health and gains Move Speed.
Fiora lunges in a direction and stabs a nearby enemy, dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects.
Fiora parries all incoming damage and disables for a short time, then stabs in a direction. This stab slows the first enemy champion hit, or stuns them if Fiora blocked an immobilizing effect with this ability.
Fiora has increased attack speed for the next two attacks. The first attack slows the target, and the second attack will critically strike.
Fiora reveals all four Vitals on an enemy champion and gains Move Speed while near them. If Fiora hits all four Vitals or if the target dies after she has hit at least one, Fiora and her allies in the area are healed over the next few seconds.
