How to play Kindred
Read the full guide
Read Wolf marks like traffic lights: a marked crab or camp is only yours when your lanes can move first, and Kindred’s results jump sharply with early crab control, so trading the marked side is often the right play instead of dying to “pay the mark tax” .
In Lamb’s Respite, pre-load the kill by stacking E inside the zone, pacing the first two hits if needed, and making the third hit land as the field expires so the ult ends on your execute instead of a shared heal .
Four marks changes what Q is for: before that you often spend it just to stay in contact, but after the range breakpoint it becomes your re-angle, dodge, wall-hop, or R-exit chase button because the fight is finally hittable without burning it early
If you lose the first crab, stop trying to instantly “fix” the game with the next mark. Finish the camps that are still yours, get vision on the side you expect the enemy to revisit, and look for the first countergank or overstep instead of forcing the next river fight. Kindred gets ugly when you chain one lost contest into two more because Wolf points somewhere dangerous. What you want is to make the map normal again: clear on spawn, protect your timers, and wait until a lane can actually move with you. Once that happens, the next mark becomes a reward for restored control rather than another tax.
Kindred can mark targets to Hunt. Successfully completing a Hunt permanently empowers Kindred's basic abilities. Every 4 hunts completed also increases Kindred's basic attack range.
Kindred tumbles and shoots up to three arrows at nearby targets.
Wolf enrages and attacks enemies around him. Lamb passively gains stacks by moving and attacking. When fully charged, Lamb's next attack restores health.
Lamb fires a carefully placed shot, slowing the target. If Lamb attacks the target two more times, her third attack instead directs Wolf to pounce on the enemy, savaging them for massive damage.
Lamb grants all living things inside a zone a respite from death. Until the effect ends, nothing can die. At the end, units are healed.
