How to play Miss Fortune
Read the full guide
Play the bounce line: stand where one dying minion turns Q into a tax on the enemy last-hit, because Miss Fortune’s lane pressure starts with making that minion “become a bullet” instead of casting Q on cooldown
Miss Fortune’s damage is a weave, not a lock-on: retag fresh targets with Love Tap, then spend E when it actually picks the enemy’s route so Bullet Time fires through the line they already have to take
She is more recoverable than her lane-bully reputation suggests, with recent data holding up better in longer games than several peer bot carries, so from behind the job is to keep waves coming and be back for the next hallway fight instead of trying to repair the game in side lane
Start from the enemy’s route, not from your own cooldown. If they can still fan out, dash sideways, or instantly interrupt you, keep autoing and retagging with Love Tap. Look for the moment when E, allied CC, a tower mouth, a ramp, or a stacked wave makes them move in one obvious line. That is usually your Bullet Time window. In lane, that often means after your support starts the trade or after the enemy has already committed forward. In midgame fights, it usually means waiting one beat longer than feels natural so the channel gets to finish instead of being clipped early.
Miss Fortune deals bonus physical damage whenever she basic attacks a new target.
Miss Fortune fires a bullet at an enemy, damaging them and a target behind them. Both strikes can also apply Love Tap.
Miss Fortune passively gains Move Speed when not attacked. This ability can be activated to grant bonus Attack Speed for a short duration. While it's on cooldown, Love Taps reduce the remaining cooldown of Strut.
Miss Fortune reveals an area with a flurry of bullets, dealing waves of damage to opponents and slowing them.
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her, dealing large amounts of damage to enemies. Each wave of Bullet Time can critically strike
